Robyn is a registered Clinical Psychologist with almost 20 years experience working with children, adolescents and adults. Robyn currently works at Robina Town Medical Centre and the Easy T Medical Centre on the Gold Coast.
Robyn works with individuals conducting private therapy for anxiety, panic, depression, post traumatic stress, grief and loss, workplace stress, anger, parenting and chronic illness and pain.
Robyn is a Mindfulness Training Institute (MTI) Level 2 teacher and teachers Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness based groups for parents.
Robyn has worked in Adult Mental Health Services, Child Protection Services and Child Mental Health Services for 10 years before going into private practice in GP clinics in 2011.
Robyn is a registered professional supervisor for the Queensland Psychologists Board. In this capacity, she has supervised provisionally registered psychologists, as well as post graduate Masters and PhD level psychologists.
Robyn is also a PhD candidate at the School of Applied Psychology at Griffith University, Gold Coast. She is conducting research into Mindfulness Based groups for parents aimed to provide relief from parenting stress, anxiety and depression and enhance the parent child relationship.

Robyn works from a strong clinical, client centred approach which includes psycho-education, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based therapies, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy.
Adults, children and youth with a current GP Mental Health Care Plan are eligible to obtain a rebate for up to 10 sessions from Medicare in a calendar year.
People with a Mental Health Care Plan from a GP are also eligible for 10 group psychology sessions (for example Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy or Mindful Parenting groups) per calendar year.
